What is boot camp?
A progressive program of fitness instruction and motivational training for adults with certified personal trainer, Denise Edmonds. Boot Camp consists of interval training which includes various periods of calisthenics (i.e. jumping jacks), strength training exercises, core training, obstacle courses, agility drills and many other activities suitable for men and women of all fitness levels.

We will do ALL that Oakland has to offer! Safe and effective activites that will radically change how you LOOK and FEEL. URBAN FITRADICAL Oakland will also change how you THINK about your physical limits. I can’t wait to rejoice with the NEW YOU! You will never look at Oakland the same way!

What do I need to bring to boot camp?
Essentials: A mat or a towel (for floor exercises).
Your own weights (5 - 10 lbs), Water, Gloves (gardening,weightlifting)
What can I achieve at boot camp? Consider these possibilities:
