New for summer 2010, an evening bootcamp will be held at the Winchester Thurston School (on the outdoor lacrosse field).  You will experience challenging activities under the evening sun.  Fun will be had by all who attend AS waistlines will come down and beautiful healthy bodies are raised up!  Classes are one hour in length.
